Ms.Gopamma C S

Managing Trustee

Ms. Gopamma CS a trained special educator, she has a long history of teaching the specially abled and underprivileged children. She has also conducted many social awareness programmes in schools and teacher's training institutes. Now as the managing trustee of Samartha Trust, she also helps with the structure and execution of our training programmes.

Deepa A

Member Trustee

Deepa holds a Master’s in Social Work with a specialization in Community Development and brings over 16 years of experience in Psychology and Social Work. She is a skilled trainer in life skills for adolescents and parents, soft skills for young adults, personal hygiene, child protection policies, food handler hygiene, and nutrition. Over the years, she has worked with several NGOs in areas such as de-addiction, supporting intellectually challenged children, and educating underprivileged street children. Her expertise and commitment to community development make her a valuable member of the board.

Mr. Lakshmikantha

Member Trustee

Mr. Lakshmikantha is a dance teacher and choreographer with extensive experience working with schools such as Planet Bloomingdale, Little Feat, Kidzee, Srusti, and SFS. He has also collaborated with leading corporate companies including IBM, Dell, HP, Subex, Tesco, and Accenture, and worked as an assistant in Kannada movies and television serials alongside Malur Srinivas and Ananda Master. His association with Samartha Trust began in 2023 as a volunteer, where he actively participated in campaigns and events. Since then, he has played a key role in donation drives supporting education, and in organizing the distribution of new clothes and food during festivals and special occasions.

Mr. Sardar B

Co-Founder

Mr. Sardar B is one of the co-founder of Samartha Trust. He has been in the development sector for the past sixteen years. He has worked tremendously well with children with disability and their issues. He is one of the core member responsible for the expansion and growth of programmes at Samartha Trust. He aspires to develop and implement strategies that ensure the holistic development of children with disability.
